US Customer Return Policy

Our Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Pet Supplies, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out!

Pet Supplies products come in a number of different sizes, so please check the size chart.

If for some reason a product is not 100% what you had in mind, we’re more than happy to arrange for a refund within 90 days of purchase, so long as the product is unused*

*An unused product is one that is in its original packaging and unwashed or unused by a dog.

Returns Process

To start the returns process for US orders, please complete our returns process within 90 days of purchase, accepting that the returned item must be in the same condition in which it was shipped.

Please note, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy applies to purchases made at shopspetsupplies.com. Returns for items purchased through other retailers must be handled directly with them.

Faulty or Wrong Product?

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of what you have incorrectly received, and photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the returns process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.

Refund Process

Pet Supplies will refund the value of your item via the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
